Our Story

The idea for Boobstière came about in April 2020 when I was heading out to an event and had planned to wear an open-back blouse, but couldn’t find a suitable bra. I needed the extra support of a bra, but without the visible straps and band. I searched around online and saw that as a ‘life hack’ women would use gaffers’ tape. After having it on for the duration of the evening I realized how uncomfortable and un-flexible it was – as it is obviously not designed to be used on skin. It was at that moment that I envisioned creating a skin-safe, flexible and long wear customizable bra tape.
